The Oregon Osteoporosis Center has two locations in Portland, Oregon, one in Salem, Oregon, and one in Vancouver, Washington. Our main offices are in the Providence Professional Plaza building, located on the Providence Portland Medical Center Campus. From I-205 (N or S): Take Portland Exit (# 21B) and follow directions above for going West on I-84.

From I-5 (N ): Take Exit (#300) and follow directions above for going East on I-84.

From I-5 (S): Take The Dalles (Exit 301) and follow directions above for going East on I-84.
